I havent posted yet this year so Happy New Year to anyone who happens by. Its been a slow start but all that is about to change. I have three mixes to go up this week all from Liverpool based folk so thats going to be a mix a day every day this week. Consider yourself spoiled.

I thought about how to write a big summary of the year, but then realised I wouldn’t read someone else’s blog about “what a great year its been” and other such sentimental bullshit, so why should you. Remix number 5 has finally been polished off after what seems like an energy sapping few weeks. Production just takes me forever - I mess about and tweak things that dont need tweaking for what seems like an eternity.

Phil Cooper asked a number of his music cohorts to supply seven tracks for a new weekly venture of his - the twittered out Nu Northern Soul tune of the day. I dont think it was that my selections were the best, I think I just managed to reply the fastest...so I am the first guest selector starting tomorrow (Sunday the 21st of November).

As promised - a week of new content. Well three posts so far anyway. Another guest mix next - Lel Palfrey who lives in Edinburgh and plays out in the city's bar circuit, where he can be found playing a mix of Boogie, Jazz-Funk & Disco.

Thanks to a somewhat dodgy internet connection I have not been able to upload any mixes now for what seems like an eternity. This week that changes - the net is back, and the upload stream is plentiful. Ive got four or five to go up and no better way to kick off than with a mix from Paris duo Project Tempo.

Great Scott. Sometimes it takes me fucking ages to get a new post up on here. I really need to sort my act out. At least this time I have good enough reason though...after a bout of flu that lasted for 5 or so days, all time has been spent working on a new remix which is now ready. So now, there is time again, and there is also a remix to listen to.

Another remix crafted from the very fires of my little studio. I was asked by Sleazy McQueen to remix a track from Cole Medina called Annadue...which will also be coming out with Social Disco Club and OOFT! remixes.
